In order to fulfil Yorkshire Water’s commitment to its customers, they needed to be able to maximise their workforce productivity to drive efficiencies across the business.
Yorkshire Water were looking for a comprehensive management platform that would allow them to create, dispatch and provide real-time visibility of work tasks being undertaken by their field-based operatives throughout its regional network.
